Beyoncé. Beyoncé. Beyoncé

It doesn't happen often, but Queen Bey has pissed off her Bey Hive. The Houston-born singer's last-minute endorsement of Senate hopeful Beto O'Rourke did not sit well for many of her fans; so much so, some even blamed her for the Texas Democrat's loss.

See, Beyoncé kinda sorta waited until the very last minute (literally hours before the Texas polls closed) to back the beloved candidate. Tuesday afternoon, the "Formation" singer posted a series of photos of her wearing a "Beto for Senate" hat, which she captioned: "I’m feeling grateful for everyone before me who fought so hard to give us all the right to have a voice. We can’t voice our frustrations and complain about what’s wrong without voting and exercising our power to make it right. We need you. We all need each other, because when we are truly united we are unstoppable. Sending you all love and positivity on this happy voting day! Every vote counts Every race matters Everywhere."

Bey's post came a little too late for some, who questioned why she was silent for so long. "Couldn't you have voiced your support earlier than 3 hours before the polls closed?" one asked. Another fan commented, "where was this support weeks ago during early voting?" And a third wrote, "Why didn't you post this a month ago? Two months ago? Three hours before the polls close???? Might as well not even post it at all. This is coming from someone who loves you. You have power to change the course of people's lives and you are taking the path of least resistance."

While it was a close, Beto lost the Senate race to Republican incumbent Ted Cruz, 48.3 percent to 50.9 percent, respectively. The tightness of the race seemed to strike a nerve with some of Bey's fans, who blamed her late endorsement for his loss. "What a wasted effort," a fan wrote. "Your voice could've been exponetially [sic] more impactful on this election." Another added: "I blame Beyonce for this! Homegirl couldn’t tweet a day earlier??? #seriously #fixitjesus."

Beyoncé's Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland canvassed with Beto in Houston days before the election. She also endorsed Andrew Gillum, of Florida, for Senator, and Ben Jealous, of Maryland, for Governor. Even the "Everything is Love" singer's mom, Tina Lawson, posted about the 2018 midterms, urging people to get out and vote and she also expressed her support of Georgia Senate hopeful Stacey Abrams
